As The Alresford Assistant, I offer a wide range of remote administration services to help businesses of all sizes operate more efficiently, allowing you to focus on growing your business.

Working with Spreadsheets

I can assist with any aspect of administration for your business, including:

 

  • Book-Keeping, including double-entry systems

  • Invoice / receipt management, including use of Xero, Quickbooks and other accounting software

  • Balancing accounts & financial reconciliation

  • Following up on quotes or chasing payments

Book-keeping services start at £25 an hour, but please get in touch to discuss prices for regular or larger projects.

The support you need, when you need it

Whether you need help with a single project or ongoing support, we are flexible in adapting our services to fit your requirements. 

 

With evening and weekend availability, I can offer help on whatever basis you require. This includes:

  • Ongoing, regular support 

  • One-off bookings to cover specific projects, busy periods, events or short-staffing

  • Ad-hoc support - let me get to know you and your business so you can call me when when you need me.

Do you need more than remote support?

If you are local to Alresford, I offer all of my services on an in-person basis. I can also meet you in-person to discuss any projects, collect receipts etc.

I offer attendance at online meetings if required.

I have managed complex budgets in the public and charity sectors for over 10 years. In addition I hold Level 1 Association of Accounting Technicians in Book-Keeping and Accounting and further Open University qualifications in Book-Keeping. I am experienced in using a variety of accounting and financial software including Xero and Quickbooks.
